Updated road closure details (Correct as of 19th September 2019):
Parliament Street & West Park: closed from late morning (11am-6pm)
Harrogate Circuit: Closed but with crossing points open 12.45pm-2pm and then 4pm-5pm
Harrogate Circuit: Fully closed between 2pm to 4pm on Thursday 26th September 2019
