Parliament Street & West Park: closed all day (8am-9pm)
Harrogate Circuit: Closed but with crossing points open 3.45pm-5.15pm and then 7.30pm-8.30pm
Harrogate Circuit: Fully closed between 5.15pm to 7.30pm on Friday 27th September 2019
