Updated road closure details (Correct as of 19th September 2019):
Parliament Street & West Park: closed all day (7am-6pm)
Harrogate Circuit: Closed but with crossing points open 12pm-1.30pm and then 4.10pm-5.10pm
Harrogate Circuit: Fully closed between 1.30pm to 4.10pm on Saturday 28th September 2019
