Parliament Street & West Park: closed all day (9am-Midnight)
Harrogate Circuit: Closed but with crossing points open 10.30am-12pm and then 4pm- 5pm
Harrogate Circuit: Fully closed between 12pm to 4pm on Sunday 29th September 2019
