We are a new group that is starting up for women who would like to try running (but who think they are too slow, unfit or overweight to give it a go). We will be meeting at Up & Running on Station Parade, at 9.30am on Monday, 7th April and will continue meeting for the next 10 weeks. Sessions will consist of fun exercises, drills and stretches, as well as walk/jogging, and participants will be encouraged to enter a (non-obligatory) 5k race at the end of the course. We will follow each workout with a latte and time for socialising at a local cafe.
