Busy Mums; why bother with exercise? Heaven and Hell tell all….
Hi, we are Claire Eccles and Louise Annat from Heaven and Hell Fitness Classes. We are both Personal Trainers and Group Fitness Instructors teaching a variety of classes in Harrogate. With two children each, we both understand the challenges faced with juggling work, family and fitting in the exercise programme! We have been teaching exercise in Harrogate for the past 20 years and both have gained a wealth of knowledge and experience as fitness professionals.
Often as working mum’s we know that free time and time for “YOU” is extremely limited, but we believe that being a fantastic role model to our children is vital in their wholistic wellbeing.
Even if you feel at the end of your teather with no energy left for you, It is always worth the effort in the long run……. Especially when you see the benefits below:
The importance of a healthy lifestyle and the benefits of exercise:

The government recommends that we do at least 30 minutes of physical activity per day, this could be just extra gardening or cleaning, climbing the stairs, walking to school…..this is to prevent the major health risks, not for necessarily weight loss or fitness……For children its 1hour per day….
