Full Time Equivalent salary: Band 9 (SCP 17 – 22). £24,920 – £27,514.

We are seeking to appoint a well-qualified and enthusiastic careers adviser to bring their skillset and experience to our outstanding careers programme. The post holder will provide independent careers guidance so students are fully prepared for the next stages of their education. The post holder will build strong relationships with staff, external agencies, businesses and other stakeholders. We seek an exceptional individual who will support career development and maximise employability of our students.
We are looking for someone who;
· Has a passion for making a difference to the life chances of all young people.
· Has experience of offering information, advice and guidance to young people aged 11-18 and supporting students to reach aspirational destinations.
· Has the ability to work flexibly and collaboratively as part of a team as well as on their own.
· Has excellent communication, presentation and organisational skills.
