To be successful in one of our roles at Chapter One Childcare you will have:

• a Level 3 or above Childcare qualification.
• Knowledge of ‘The Statutory framework for the Early Years Foundation Stage’ and an understanding of Ofsted inspections is beneficial but not essential.
• Have a genuine passion for early years education
• Well organised and an excellent communicator
• Be a great team player
• Happy to explore outdoors during all seasons
