The “Service to the Community Award" was developed to honour a person or group of people who are making significant contributions to their community through their time, actions, talents and dedication. This is someone who goes above and beyond to ensure that they help the community in their own special way. Persons being nominated for this award will have consistently demonstrated qualities of compassion, and service to either one organisation or a variety of volunteer activities over the past year. They can be nominated or nominate themselves.
