Stirrd was created in 2019. Our ambition – to be a high quality, high experience D2C gourmet Englishconfectionery brand. Simply put, we are deliciousness delivered: moreish treats through yourletterbox monthly.
STIRRD is approaching its third anniversary and has already delighted 16,000 customers across theUK with fabulous letterbox confectionery. Our plan is to double sales and eventually launch intoretail sales channels. Our product range is gradually expanding in response to customer demand.We are now looking for additional resource to help and support our customer service &administration needs, with the remit as follows:
Key Tasks1) Order information pull and process, spreadsheet managementActioning customer amends to orders; downloading & sorting orders by product type ready for despatch2) Message writing, label printing, packing/fulfil & despatch-readyHand-writing customer messages, picking stock from warehouse, printing postage labels, labelapplication, despatch & despatch admin3) Customer service liaison, query escalation or resolutionManaging customer emails & Amazon queries.Resolving issues; sending replacement items.4) Stock and order management/tracking/countRecording all despatched stock weekly, monthly stock takes of product & packaging5) Managing Sample RequestsRecording and sending samples for influencers/business leads/collaborations/prizes6) Occasional marketing task support & team meeting attendance
Key SkillsStrong administration & organisation skills | Team player & great interpersonal skillsExcel literate and able to learn Shopify & system administration capabilitiesPrevious relevant experience a plus
