16 hours / week plus statutory breaks; ideally Mon (9am-3pm), Tues (9am-12pm), Wed (9am-1pm) & Fri (9am-12pm)
Some flexibility may apply; Mon & Wed are essential days
Stirrd was created in 2019. Our ambition – to be a high quality, high experience D2C gourmet English
confectionery brand. Simply put, we are deliciousness delivered: moreish treats through your
letterbox monthly.
STIRRD is approaching its third anniversary and has already delighted 16,000 customers across the
UK with fabulous letterbox confectionery. Our plan is to double sales and eventually launch into
retail sales channels. Our product range is gradually expanding in response to customer demand.
We are now looking for additional resource to help and support our customer service &
administration needs, with the remit as follows:
Key Tasks
1) Order information pull and process, spreadsheet management
Actioning customer amends to orders; downloading & sorting orders by product type ready for despatch
2) Message writing, label printing, packing/fulfil & despatch-ready
Hand-writing customer messages, picking stock from warehouse, printing postage labels, label
application, despatch & despatch admin
3) Customer service liaison, query escalation or resolution
Managing customer emails & Amazon queries.
Resolving issues; sending replacement items.
4) Stock and order management/tracking/count
Recording all despatched stock weekly, monthly stock takes of product & packaging
5) Managing Sample Requests
Recording and sending samples for influencers/business leads/collaborations/prizes
6) Occasional marketing task support & team meeting attendance
Key Skills
Strong administration & organisation skills | Team player & great interpersonal skills
Excel literate and able to learn Shopify & system administration capabilities
Previous relevant experience a plus
