Due to a growth in the business a permanent position is available for a Customer Service Administrator, commencing immediately and based at Hornbeam Park, Harrogate.
The job involves responding to queries from customers via the phone, email, web chat and our website. Preparing and dispatching our product to customers. Performing updates to customer records and other general office task.
The ideal candidate would have a full understanding of our business by studying the website www.emovis-tag.co.uk and be comfortable talking to customers on the phone and using web-based computer systems (full training will be provided) and have a confident but friendly manner with good attention to detail.
The hours are flexible and can be agreed to fit round existing commitments, such as school run times.
Our office is open Mon-Fri 9am – 5pm, excluding bank holidays
