Monthly support group for those struggling with Obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) and / or Body Dysmorphic Disorder (BDD). Informal, friendly group, all ages welcome (kids/ teens accompanied by an adult). In association with national charities OCD Action & The BDD Foundation. Jo is DBS certified & previously ran the regional OCD support group for North Yorkshire
