Join us for a 3 hour workshop on Monday 29th October 3pm-6pm at OneWellness Harrogate, Mowbray Square Medical Centre, HG1 5AR
Start with Teen Gym with our Personal Trainer Simon 3-4pm. Improve your teen’s knowledge of training techniques, build on their abilities, strengths and increase their overall confidence. This time will also instil how to train safely within the gym and drastically reduce their risk of injury within a gym setting.
Helen Lawal is a GP and Health Coach and will be leading the session from 4.15-5pm on eating well. This tailored session for teens will teach them healthy eating tips, the impact a poor diet can have on your health and how to create good habits that they can carry with them.
Finish the day with a yoga class specifically for teens 5.15-6pm. Deborah is a fabulous yoga teacher who specialises in teaching children of all ages and abilities. She believes yoga is creative, fun and educational, and she teaches from the heart and with a sense of humour. This session will allow teens to find strength and focus; skills that can help make stressful experiences such as school exams or social pressures easier to manage.
