Was your child born between 1st September 2015 and 31st Aug 2016? If so, your mini mumbler is due to start school in September 2020. Isn’t it just ridiculous how quickly time is going!? The primary school application round will open no later than 1st October 2019 and the deadline to apply is 15th January 2020.
Before you apply, it’s really important to go and look round your potential school choices. I’ve heard so many stories from other mums who thought they’d send their child to one school and after having looked round a few, decided on another!
Not all primary schools do set open days, some simply just want you to arrange an appointment and they’ll happily show you around their wonderful school. We’ve compiled a list of local primary schools and details on how to arrange a tour! As always, if we’ve missed any please feel free to comment on our FB page with details!

New Park Primary

Ripley Endowed Primary School

Rossett Acre Primary School

Open Days will take place on Wednesday 16 October and Thursday 14 November 2019. This is an opportunity for you and your child to visit the school which will be operating as normal.
