Harrogate Theatre is excited to be running drama projects this August for children and young people to take part in.
For children aged 5 – 7 there’s a Play in a Day on Friday 19 August. Children will create a play in just four hours using their imagination, some props and a whole heap of magic! It will be a great opportunity to try out acting and meet some new friends through playing games and telling fantastical stories.
For the 8 – 11s there is a brilliant performance project on Tuesday 23 – Thursday 25 August. Over three fun-filled days children will create puppets from everyday items, learn how to bring them to life and create imaginative tales using these new characters.
Finally those aged 12+ can join us to write, design, direct and perform with us as we create a film in 5 days from Monday 22 – Friday 26 August.
