This is an exciting opportunity for an outstanding, dedicated and highly skilled HLTA to join our superb Primary School as part of the Red Kite Learning Trust. You will be a vital member of the school team, complementing the professional work of our teachers in advancing our students’ learning.
You will help to advance students’ learning in a range of classroom settings, including working with individuals, small groups and whole classes where the assigned teacher is not present. This may involve planning, preparing and delivering learning activities, as well as monitoring students, assessing, marking, recording and reporting on students’ achievement, progress and development.
You will be responsible for the management and development of particular responsibilities within the school and/or management of other teaching assistants including the allocation and monitoring of work, appraisal and training.
From Parental Survey, we were delighted with the key words received to describe our school:
Our school vision is ‘Excellence and Happiness for all’ … our aim being that all of our pupils achieve their potential and are happy in their learning.
Our school is also proud to be part of Red Kite Learning Trust, providing unique opportunities to share the specialist skills and knowledge of all Trust staff with colleagues in Early Years, Key Stages 1 and 2 to add an extra dimension to primary provision.
