My Mummy & Baby Yoga classes offer relaxing and rejuvenating sessions especially designed for post-partum mummies and their new babies. My aim is always to guide and help you adjust your exercise routine to include your new baby and grow in confidence as you exercise together.
The classes last around an hour and involve gentle yoga stretches and postures for mums to aid recovery post birth, to increase flexibility and stamina and to restore integrity to the spine, the core and the pelvic floor and always at a pace that suits you and your baby. I always include some gentle baby yoga too. This promotes a sense of wellbeing, whilst soothing and bonding for you and baby.
Yoga provides a wonderful resource for you and your baby that allows you to deal more positively with the life changes that motherhood brings, dealing more positively with stress and encouraging mindful relaxation and self-care. Something that can so easily be over looked with new motherhood.

No yoga experience required and you’re welcome to join after your 6-8 week GP check (Or 10 weeks post C-Section Birth). I have all the equipment you’ll need, just bring a blanket and a toy for baby, water to drink and a sense of humour. My classes are fun and friendly and I look forward to welcoming you to YOGA for 2.
