Family Outreach Support Workers who work for the Children and Families’ Prevention Service (based in local children’s centres) may contact families who may be eligible for two-year old funding by phone/letter/visit. This contact is to offer any support to apply for the funding, find childcare providers in the local area or update our records on whether a child will take up a place or not.
