Hi, my name is Sam and I’m a Gentle Sleep Coach.

Severe sleep deprivation is no laughing matter. It can lead to feelings of hopelessness, irritability and even anger. It can impact your mental health, put strain on your relationships and prevent you being the kind of parent you want to be.

This is why I will work alongside you to gently improve the way that your baby/child sleeps so that you can rest and slowly regain a sense of control.

I look at sleep from 5 key areas:

  • Daytime routines
  • Sleep environment
  • Development
  • Bedtime routines
  • Reactions to wake-ups

You will also gain an understanding about the science of sleep and how to tackle set-backs with knowledge and confidence.

My methods are all fully responsive – your little one won’t spend a single second alone whilst you make these important changes to their sleep patterns.

You can work with me one-to-one, alongside a friend or you can even host your own sleep workshop.
