We have positions available for candidates to join our team working for us permanently or as students and have flexible patterns available to suit parents who want to work during school term times or more often, should they wish.
Typical duties include:
• Making customer satisfaction telephone calls.
• Taking customers through a series of questions and gaining customer responses.
• Entering customer responses onto an in–house system to accurately record results
• Representing premium brands in a professional manner.
• Providing excellent customer service at all times.
Full training and support will be provided but the ideal candidate must have excellent communication and listening skills.
We can be flexible in both the hours and days we offer, but these will fall within the following:
– 10.00 am to 2.00 pm Monday to Friday
– 3.00 pm to 7.00 pm Monday to Thursday and 1.30 pm to 5.30 pm Friday
Once trained, additional hours, including Saturdays may be available and there will be an opportunity to work from home once a probationary period is passed.
