The Office Manager is a part time role to facilitate and support the HealthBid Team. We are a small but growing team with a great culture, and this role offers a part-time opportunity to help us work more effectively.
As a part-time role, the anticipated hours are 15 hours per week. We are flexible as to when these are worked across the week, subject to agreement.
The Office Manager is trusted with the seamless running of the office, both physical and virtual.
They will be responsible for tasks from different aspects of the team, including:
Administration of HR issues, including new starters and leavers
In conjunction with the MD, liaising with our HR and payroll services to resolve any administrative issues
Approving expenses for the team
First-line IT support, and liaison with outsourced IT support services
Central co-ordination of recruitment
Leading on induction planning
Leading on relationship with TOG (office landlord/management company)
Administration of our associates
Diary and main events list
Accommodation and transport booking
Managing some team administration tasks, such as organising office social activities
Ordering equipment for the office
Organisation of Board meetings, including taking minutes
The role will also involve attend weekly team meetings, as appropriate and in accordance with agreed working days, including:
Within the context of the wider team, the individual will remain agile to support colleagues as the need arises.
The successful candidate will have the following attributes:
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Confident, with an ability to problem solve and be proactive
Solid skills in using Microsoft software
Ability to be discreet with confidential matters
Good note taking skills
They will also need to be able to commute to Leeds city centre.
