Winter Illuminations
See our award-winning Enchanted Forest come to life after dusk as our Winter Illuminations, Yorkshire’s premier light event, transforms Stockeld Park into a dazzling, twinkling wonderland! Experience one of the country’s largest and most creative light displays set in the grounds of the historic Stockeld Park Estate. Dazzling light effects, a captivating soundscape and animated installations come together through almost a mile of beautiful, ancient woodland in our Enchanted Forest. As dusk falls you can see the park come to life with thousands of twinkling lights creating a magical winter wonderland. An enchanting experience for all ages, that has to be seen to appreciate its true beauty and magic! This event takes place from dusk and is open for all ages, from children to grandparents!
Santa’s Grotto
What could make Christmas more magical than meeting Father Christmas himself? Enter Santa’s Grotto, make lasting memories that will be cherished by young and old, and enjoy the magic of one of the best and most authentic Santa’s Meet & Greet events in North Yorkshire.
At Stockeld Park, we always like to make Santa feel at home and so, as always, we have prepared him a beautiful, cosy log cabin ready for his arrival all the way from Lapland!
Get your family together, throw yourselves into the spirit of Christmas and come and meet Santa in his spacious Grotto!
