Summer Fun ‘Down on the Farm’ at Thornton Hall Country Park
Hidden on the borders of North Yorkshire’s countryside, there is something for everyone at Thornton Hall Country Park this Summer (20th July – 1st September).
Head over to the award-winning visitor attraction for indoor and outdoor farm fun, animal encounters and entertainment for all the family!
Meet the friendly farm animals and join in with seasonal farm activities – daily lamb & calf feeding, egg collecting, farm tours/talks and animal petting.
Animal feed is available to buy at just £1 if you want to feed the other furry residents – donkeys, ponies, alpacas, llamas and goats to name just a few!
Let the children burn off their energy in the indoor and outdoor play areas where they can experience giant slides, rope swings, hay maze, ride-on tractors, sandpits and pedal go-karts.

Get outdoors and get active on the new ‘bounce-tastic’ Jumping Pillow Park at no extra charge!
Other thrilling rides (available at a small additional charge) include Pony Rides, Junior Quad Bikes (ages 6+), Caterpillar Ride and Farm Safari to the Deer Park!
The friendly team at Thornton Hall Country Park understand the difficulty keeping everyone entertained during the holidays. As well as all the farm activities, there is a jam-packed itinerary of additional entertainment and special guests each week-day included in the normal admission price!

All day Circus Workshops with The Rapide Brothers.

Fridays (26th July +2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th August).
Critters 2 You will be at the Farm Park all day with their snakes, lizards, spiders, mini-beasts and more!
Fell free to bring a picnic to enjoy outside on the spacious Farm Park grounds. Alternatively the onsite café ‘Harrisons’ is open daily serving a selection of quality teas and coffees as well as freshly prepared sandwiches, hot food, cakes and Afternoon Tea.
