· Deputy Room Lead– This role is for passionate early year’s educators who have experience of nurturing and fostering an exciting environment for children to take part in activities and experiences across the EYFS. For this role you will need to be able to work as part of a team, communicate effectively with others, be driven to improve your practice and demonstrate resilience to be able to develop your own skills. This role would be suitable for an experienced practitioner with a level 3 childcare qualifications or higher wanting to emerge into a room leader position in the future.
· Early years educator– Are you looking for a rewarding career? Working with small children is a big deal. Working at Tiddlywinks is a unique and rewarding job where your imagination is the only limitation in the activities that you can offer the children across the EYFS. Are you able to provide high quality care, with the children at the centre of your daily practice? If so then this is the job for you. This role is suitable for experienced and newly qualified practitioners who hold a full and relevant level 3 or higher qualification in education.
· Early years apprentice – Do you have what it takes to enter the world of early years and dive into the start of a career in childhood education. We have a wealth of experience in supporting our apprentices to develop their knowledge and understanding of early years and supporting you to grow to being able to lead activities and understand and implement a routine within the nursery setting. The apprentice route supports you to gain your level 3 qualification and gain hands on experience to be able to put your theory into practice whilst being paid to do so.
