MENTAL WELLBEING BOOSTING YOGA WORKSHOP

Come along and join our next wellbeing workshop with Jess for a 90 minute Mental Wellbeing Boosting Yoga and Meditation class on Sunday 8th May at 11am to kickstart Mental Health Awareness week starting on Monday 9th May.

This years theme is loneliness so we are bringing our local community together to practice a gentle Sunday flow in our warm, inviting and calming studio.
