We are seeking an HR Administrator to join our team and support our HR & Training department in various administrative tasks. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working with people, this role might be a great fit for you!
You will be working in a friendly office with a small team, no 2 days are the same at Henshaws but that is part of the fun! Your window will look out onto a grassed area where we often see deer running past!
Your attention to detail, organisational skills, and commitment to excellence will contribute to our success.
Key responsibilities will include:
Day to day administration tasks (data entry, scanning, photocopying, diary management, archiving)
Minute Taking
Monitoring HR & Training files ensuring they are up to date and accurate at all times
Deal with incoming calls & Emails – Directing them to the appropriate team member
We are looking for 22.8hours per week (3 days) However we are willing to discuss working pattern for the right candidate such as working the hours over 5 days (school hours).
Salary: £11.61ph/ £13,764.81
Weeks per year: 52

Requirements
Previous experience working in an Administration role essential
High attention to detail
IT literate with proficiency in MS office including Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
