I hope you are all enjoying a jam packed half term holiday this week.
I would like to tell you about a landlord event that I am holding on the 13th June 2018 at 6pm at Hotel Du Vin, Harrogate. This is the third event in my series of quarterly landlord events and they all differ in theme and content.
My next event “The Property Surgery” is an informal meeting for current landlords, those wanting to embark on their first buy to let journey and anyone with an interest in local property.
The evening will start with a gin reception and then everyone will have the chance to talk to a letting expert (myself), a mortgage advisor, tax expert, conveyancer and a plumbing and heating engineer. We will be on hand to answer any questions and queries you might have in an informal setting.
Such questions might relate to what sort of property you should buy in Harrogate to rent out, how to get your property ready to let, what legislation applies to landlords. We can also look at the tax implications, buy to let mortgages and the property management side of being a landlord. I will also be providing copies of my Landlords Guide and Checklist on the evening.
