We are here to identify the feelings you’ve been feeling. The Mum you are now but also the Woman you’ve always been. To give you a framework to describe the mix of emotions you’ve felt during your Motherhood journey. Yes, being a Mum is possibly THE most incredible life transition a woman will experience, but let’s not ignore the fact that it is also, THE most challenging one too.
In all our preparations for becoming a Mum, we don’t tend to consider what it will mean for our self identity. The importance of making time for our needs too, allowing ourselves time to recharge. After all, when your energy is low… how will you be at your best, for those you love?
We all need time Mummies.
We all need a community.
We all need to feel heard and understood. We all need to understand and process the mix of emotions Motherhood brings. We all need friendship and to learn self compassion.
Mummy Me Time is here for you. Here in the good days, the ‘meh’ days and those god damn ugly days!
