Now in its third year and shortlisted for Best Christmas Experience at the Harrogate Mumbler Awards this year, the Harrogate Father Christmas Experience is a must-see event in many local families’ festive calendar. Enchantica’s are once again bringing Christmas to life with two magical shows.
Elf Training Workshop
For families with young children and believers of all ages, Enchantica’s Elf Training Workshop brings the magic of Christmas to Harrogate.
Starting on 2nd December and running through until Christmas Eve, young trainee elves are invited, along with their grown ups, to complete their elf training, help out with all the very important tasks and become Official Certified Elves!
You’ll be helping the elves to make Christmas decorations, then exploring the magical Elf Village and Enchanted Forest of Wishes on your way to the Christmas Tipi to complete your elf training with the elves and Father Christmas himself!
Codebreaker’s Christmas
For children aged 7+, tweens, teens and adults, there’s a mission to complete in a Codebreaker’s Christmas.
Budding codebreakers are needed to work together and help the elves to find Santa in this interactive ‘escape-room’ style experience.
With puzzles to solve and challenges to complete, teams of codebreakers have been doing their bit to ensure the big day goes ahead as planned!
Christmas with Enchantica’s
Suzanne from Enchantica’s has been bringing joy and magic into people’s lives for almost two decades. Known by local parents and children as Suzie Fairy, her passion is to inspire all ages to shine bright. At Christmas time, she becomes Tinsel the Elf and, alongside her team of elves, puts on the most wonderful immersive Christmas experiences and shows that delight all who come.
From the moment you arrive at the Cedar Court Hotel, you’ll be greeted by the elves and whisked off into a Christmas wonderland. The attention to detail in the Elf Village, Enchanted Forest and Elf Workshop are simply breathtaking, as is the whole experience from start to finish. After enjoying the show, you’ll also get to meet Father Christmas himself and receive a special early Christmas present, before heading out to sit in Father Christmas’ sleigh.
Shows for everyone
These immersive experiences aren’t just for the kids! While the children are thoroughly entertained, there is plenty for the adults to enjoy too, from joining in during the show to a few giggles and laughs here and there too. And don’t forget, you’re never too old to believe in the magic of Christmas!
