Ashville College in Harrogate is inviting parents of children aged 2 to 11 to visit Acorns, Reception and Prep School on Wednesday 2 November 2022.
Ashville’s ‘Acorns and Prep School Open Doors’ is a fantastic opportunity for parents considering schooling options for their child to see these areas ‘in action’ on a normal teaching day.
This is the first ‘open doors’ event of its kind since before the Covid-19 pandemic, enabling prospective parents unique, ‘fly on the wall’ access to Ashville Prep School, as well as its Reception class, and purpose-built Little Acorns and Acorns facilities for 2 to 4-year-olds.
Parents can expect a personalised tour, see Ashville pupils enjoying their lessons, and meet the teachers and Senior Leadership Team. All those visiting Prep School on the day will be offered an individual meeting with the Head of Prep School, Mr Asa Firth, who joined in May 2022. Parents will also be able to find out more about how to apply for September 2023 entry into Reception class and the rolling application process for entry into other year groups.
Mr Firth said: “Ashville Prep School is a special place, offering a bespoke curriculum and exciting co-curricular opportunities for every child. The excellent facilities and use of space enhance what we do, but the people within our community are at the heart of our School. To get a true sense of Ashville Prep School life, I would recommend a visit. I look forward to meeting you in person.”
The morning will run from 9.00am to 12.00pm on Wednesday 2 November. To book your place, register via the Ashville website and a Prep School representative will get in touch to arrange a convenient time slot.
