The Halloween Adventure at Stockeld Park Opens 26th October 2019

We know it feels like the kids have only just gone back to school, but October Half Term is nearly here! If you’re trying to think of ways to entertain the younger ones during their week off, then look no further, Stockeld Park is here!

The Halloween Adventure is open from 26^th October – 2^nd November with our Firework Spectacular closing the Halloween Adventure on 3^rd November!

There’s lots of spooky fun to be had when Halloween arrives at Stockeld Park and we have several special things planned to provide you with loads of Halloween themed family entertainment! There will even be prizes for Halloween fancy dress and plenty of opportunity to dance, scream and sing-along!

Have a look at this exciting line up of events. There is something for everyone!

• The Monster Mash Show – the all singing, dancing, exciting, spooky entertainment show performed by our professional entertainers! Suitable for young children too. The show is 30 minutes long and there are four showings every day from 26^th – 31^st October.

• Pumpkin Picking – A new event for 2019! Everyone who books a Forest & Maze ticket before 26^th October will get a free pumpkin for every child in their group! (Until stocks last) Pumpkin carving is also available! 26^th-31^st October.

• Witches in the Forest – Head into our Enchanted Forest and meet the Stockeld Park Witches! Follow your trail map to find them and help them finish casting their Halloween spells. Perfect for the whole family! 26^th October – 2^nd November

• Ghouls in the Maze – we’re inviting all young witches and wizards to come and help us find the ghouls lurking in the maze! 26^th October – 2^nd November

• Halloween Catwalk – Brush off your broomsticks and sharpen your fangs and don your most frightening fancy dress! There are prizes to be won! Every day at 2pm 26^th – 31^st October

• Zombie Laser – Let your monsters try something different this Halloween with our zombie themed games of laser tag! (Definitely no real zombies!) 26^th – 31^st October

Ready for some scarier fun? Then Stockeld Dark might be for you! Step out of the light and into Stockeld Dark this Halloween! Come nightfall, we’ll be pumping up the scare factor and inviting the brave to come and explore our eerier events! Recommended for teens, older families and well-behaved adults! Stockeld Dark encompasses 3 different events, The Haunted Farmhouse, Zombie Laser Tag and the Ice Disco. Stockeld Dark will take place from 6pm – 10pm on 29^th – 31^st October!

The Halloween Adventure also marks the opening of our incredible Winter Illuminations! As dusk falls watch the beautiful park come to life with thousands of twinkling lights creating a magical winter wonderland. New for 2019 is the illumination ‘Pandora’s Tendrils’, an enchanting and colourful walk-through light display to add even more magic to the forest. The ice-skating rink and Nordic Ski trail will also be open during the Halloween Adventure!
