Money raised through The Local Lotto supports the charity to create a safe and welcoming space, just like a second home, for families with children on the Autism spectrum. This is crucial because many of these families struggle with traditional environments and social interaction, leaving them feeling isolated. Autism Angels provides a haven where they can connect with others on a similar journey, improving their mental health and overall well-being. The supporters’ contribution ensures these vital services can continue and remain accessible to families in need.
Autism Angels provide a range of activities and programmes among which the horse-riding therapy is very popular, allowing children and their families to relax and enjoy the outdoor spaces.
